The 7 Points: Who I see, Who I help, Who I work for
“We need Moral Warriors, not propagandists, liars, thieves, billionaires, or unmerited hacks who look good on TV.”
1️⃣I get looked in the eyes and told “I’m about to be on the street” so often I have learned how to professionally hold back tears.
2️⃣That small statement is only the tip of an iceberg followed by an avalanche of pain you only see in movies.
3️⃣There are thousands of me who disregard their own pain to carry a thousand pounds so others can begin walking again.
4️⃣Many of you believe in Christ. But do any of you practice what he taught us? Because the people you call useless street bureaucrats, are the thousands of people behind me who secretly hold weight so profound, you’d fall under its heft.
5️⃣Government efficiency is on every public administrators’ mind, and welcomed. How about you actually ask them? Instead of publicly humiliating them.
6️⃣Don’t ever forget: we are PUBLIC SERVANTS. We did not choose this profession to get rich… let me tell you… I left a life in sales to pursue public service because it’s the only thing that really matters to me in this world — besides my family. A calling from above.
7️⃣Find your humanity. Find the REAL Christ. Embrace a calling higher than your own. Simply, be human. Love others how you’d want to be loved. Warm the hearts of others. And be fierce in this pursuit. We need Moral Warriors, not propagandists, liars, thieves, billionaires, or unmerited hacks who look good on TV. This is not our way. Fight back against this tide of hate stemming from a man you love because you think no one else loves you… I DO. Shatter that prism, pick up those pieces, and let’s make this country whole again.
Mark 10:45
“For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
